Parts!#@?
If you own a truck you'll need parts at one time or another. Here's a good place to go for mostly superficial stuff. The 4WDStore You know, light covers, shocks, tires, wheels...Accessories mostly. I'm really looking hard for an actual online parts store. When I find it I'll post it here.
Another site with mostly accessory type parts Truckstore
Here's a page w/lots of links to parts and accessories. I'm not sure how good they all are, I didn't really take the time to check them all out. 4wsupply.htm
I've looked far and wide and still cannot find an actual online parts store. Some larger chains are beginning to offer a limited amount of products online but still no real online shopping. If you find something let me know.
Planning a Moab Trip?
Places to stay:
Slickrock Campground: This place is a lot of fun. We've stayed here every year I can remember. Not for the pampered or 'Silver Spoon' crowd though.
Moab Rim Campark: This place looks really nice. I've never been there, but it's really new and not too far out of town. Reasonable rates too.
Red Rock Lodge: Again, not for the crowd that brought along the butler, but decent digs for decent bucks.
Moab Lodging: Here you'll find some of the finer lodging available. Condo's galore! It seems this site is actually a 'clearinghouse' of sorts that makes arrangements for a number of different locations.
These aren't the only places to stay...there's plenty more HERE.

Need a Jeep?
There are basically the only two rental places in Moab to get jeeps or anything else for that matter:
Farabee Rentals: these guys rent new wranglers, some suburbans and ford cars.
SlickRock Jeep Rentals: these guys have CJ 5's and CJ 7's. Both really good (better than a '98 stock wrangler) for four wheelin' in Moab.
These are both pretty pricey places to rent a jeep (about $100/day). If I needed to have a jeep or other 4X4 down in moab and I did not have one of my own I would make my reservations well in advance of my trip with a rental company such as Avis or Hertz in a city such as Salt Lake, Utah or another 'non-Moab' city, maybe Las Vegas, Nevada and drive it to Moab. You can get Jeeps, Pathfinders, Explorers, and sometimes even trucks (rare). I would also get at least the 'LDW' insurance on the vehicle (between $9-$18/day) so that if I dented or wrecked the jeep I wouldn't have to pay for it. If you followed this plan you'd be able to get the jeep and coverage for less/day than just the jeep if you rented in Moab.
